The Marriage Course runs at Christ Church, Bridlington twice a year. The course fee is £50 per couple which covers all seven sessions, the evening meals with desserts and coffee, and all the course materials. The evenings are very relaxed. The meal is followed by short talks interspersed with topics and questions for each couple to discuss together privately. There is no group work and no couple is asked to share any details of their marriage with anyone except their own spouse. The topics covered include: recognising each other’s needs, the art of communication, resolving conflict, relating to parents and in-laws, good sex and love in action.
